What You Can Expect from Hospitality Rocks

Anyone who works in the hospitality and events industry will tell you just how busy December is. With Christmas parties, working Christmas day and of course, helping everyone else to see in the New Year in the best way possible, it can be impossible for those working in hospitality to find time for their own festive celebrations.

That’s why we have designed the perfect night out for those who don’t get the chance to enjoy a festive celebration of their own in December – and that’s Hospitality Rocks!

But what should you expect if you’ll be joining us this week?

The Details

Hospitality Rocks will be hosted at Evolution London on Friday 10th January and will provide an opportunity for waiting staff, chefs, bar workers and all other members of the hospitality industry to come together at a huge shared party to celebrate all their hard work over Christmas and New Year.

The night will continue the venue’s Christmas in New York theming, bringing all the glitz and glamour of the Big Apple to this incredible London venue. Black tie dress code is encouraged to tie in with the wow-factor of the theming and to create an extra special night for all involved.

The Itinerary

Doors will open at 6:30pm with champagne and canapés on arrival, allowing you take a stroll around the streets of New York, witnessing iconic US scenery and enjoying the entertainment before dinner is served at 8pm.

Take your seat and enjoy a delicious three-course menu which will be accompanied by incredible live entertainment punctuating each course. The real party will kick off at 10pm when the DJ will take to the stage and the fairground games will open, providing you with hours of entertainment, dancing and dodgem riding!

The bar will close at 1:30am and carriages will be called at 2am as the night draws to a close, making it time for you and your fellow guests to leave with great memories of what will have been a night to remember.

The Menu

The meal is such a huge part of the evening, regardless of who you’re serving, but when your guests are chefs and waiting staff, the menu has to be particularly perfect!

Unsurprisingly, the food has to be locally sourced and beautifully created. Rest assured, our menu for Hospitality Rocks really has had so much thought put into it – after all, these guests expect as good as they give!

Starter:

Smoked Salmon with Beetroot, Apple and Dill Salad

Or

Double Baked Cheddar Cheese Soufflé

Main Course:

Braised Beef with Horseradish Creamed Potato

Or

Broccoli, Spinach and Ricotta Wellington

Dessert:

The Entertainment

To ensure that you’ll have a night that you’ll never forget, we’ve created a jam-packed schedule of entertainment to keep the party going all night. Guests will be taken on a journey across the Atlantic, and will experience finest entertainment the big city has to offer, such as:

Live dancers and performers through the night

DJ and dance floor

Rockaoke (the chance to sing with a live rock band!)

Fairground dodgems

State of the art light show

Casino tables

Photo experience (available as an upgrade)

How to Book

Tickets are just £70.00 each including VAT and can be booked in singles or in groups. Upgrades such as drinks packages, a fourth course and a photo experience are available to purchase when booking.
