Clean, dry, and deliciously fresh white from the cool vineyards of northern Spain. Easy to enjoy on it’s own and very versatile with food.
Primordial Soup White, WO Western Cape, South Africa - £30.00
On the nose, it has notes of jasmine and white stone fruit. It has a nuanced citrusy palate and tangy finish.
Le Tuffeau Sauvignon Blanc, Les Vignobles Foncalieu, IGP d'Oc - £35.00
A very classic fresh, fruity Sauvignon, packed with ripe gooseberry fruit. Well made, dry, and delicious.
Pinot Grigio Conti dei Marchesi, Veneto - £36.00
Clean and fresh, and very easy drinking. A versatile, dry white wine that suits most occasions.
Wyebrook Estate Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough - £40.00
The palate is rich and lively, giving tropical fruits on the entry, followed by guava and passionfruit with hints of grapefruit towards the end.
Chablis, Domaine Seguinot-Bordet - £50.00
Elegant and fine Chablis in the classic style. Intensely dry with green apple fruit and the underlying mineral complexity that only this region can deliver with Chardonnay.

Very quaffable Merlot. Soft in tanmin and packed with ripe, plum like fruit.
Rioja Crianza, Bodegas Santiago, Haro, DOC Rioja - £40.00
Garnet red colour, subtle toasty aromas in harmony with the red fruit. Good body and structure, well balanced, round with a long and pleasant finish.
Don Aparo Malbec, Mendoza - £42.00
This wine has a lovely nose of black fruits and liquorice. It is full-bodied and rich on the palate, bursting with spicy red and dark fruits.
Saint-Georges St Émilion, Clos St Jacques, Bordeaux - £50.00
St Georges St Emilion makes some of the softest, smoothest and most delicious Bordeaux wines at this level and this Clos Saint-Jacques is just that. A very fine red.
