What to Expect From Our New Year’s Eve Party
New Year’s Eve might feel far away, but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t time to start thinking about how you’ll be celebrating on the 31st.
Venue and Location
The London New Year’s Eve Ball will be hosted at London’s most versatile venue, Evolution London, on the 31st December from 7:30pm until 3:00am.
Evolution London boasts 5,500m² of internal space and 14,000m² of surrounding land, providing plenty of room for the 1000+ guests to mix and mingle.
The venue is made up of three main event spaces: the atrium, the mezzanine and the main space, all of which will take on a classical glitz and glamour New York theme this year.
Itinerary
The NYE ball will kick off at 7:30pm, with ice-cold fizz and canapés being served on arrival and throughout the reception area. Enter, drop off your coat and explore the venue, taking in the décor and live entertainment.
After an hour or so of socialising with your fellow guests and taking in your surroundings, the clock will strike 9pm and seats will be taken in the dining room for the four-course meal to be served. Live entertainment will take place around you as you tuck into the delicious dishes in front of you.
Once your food has settled, the funfair and casino will be open for business at 10:30pm, as the DJ will also start his set and the dancefloor will start seriously firing up!
In the countdown to midnight, we invite all our guests to join us in watching a live stream of the London NYE fireworks display, a famous event that simply can not be missed. Once the New Year has been welcomed in, it will be time to enjoy a few more drinks and break out a few more dance moves before the bar closes at 2:30am and the doors close at 3:00am.

What’s On The Menu
A luxury event in every way, the menu created by Smart Hospitality for our New Year’s party is comprised of four courses, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients with great flavour and stunning presentation.
For starters, London cured smoked salmon will be served with beetroot, apple and dill salad, apple pancakes and a caviar crème fraiche. Sirloin beef will follow, with roast carrots, glazed parsnips, buttered greens, creamed potato and a red wine sauce.
Dessert is set to be a flavourful sticky toffee, orange and date pudding with a dark chocolate ice cream and salted caramel fudge sauce, before the meal is finished with a selection of cheese and biscuits.
