Some of our venues will be hosting parties on multiple Friday and Saturday dates, whereas others have more finite availability left, so if you want to secure the party of your choice on your ideal date, ensure you book your tables now.

Make Sure You Get The Quantity Of Tickets You Need
Your chosen date may have availability, but if you’re looking to book a large party then there may not be the number of tickets left that you need if you leave it too late.
Although for very large businesses we recommend hosting your very own exclusive party at one of our locations, many sizeable businesses choose to attend a shared party due to the large capacity at some of the venues. However, if you leave booking your place too late, watch out because there may not be the number of tickets you need for your whole party on the date you want at your chosen venue.

Have Time To Organise Transport And Accommodation
People travel across the UK to attend our Christmas parties in London and St Albans, and often come to the venues during the busiest times in the country’s social calendar. This means that organising accommodation and transport nearby at the last minute is near impossible.
If you know your guests will likely need to use transport or book a nearby hotel for the night of the party, you will need to give them as much notice as possible to arrange this because local transport firms and accommodation are likely to get fully booked quickly with so many guests attending parties nearby.
