Booking your Christmas party months before the big event is a seriously Smart move. Not convinced? We’re sharing with you our top three reasons why summer really is the season to start thinking about Christmas!
1. Secure the Date You Want
With both shared and exclusive Christmas parties, there’s always a serious battle for availability as the events draw nearer, and if you leave it too late, you often can’t attend or host your event on the date you originally wanted.
Although we have shared Christmas parties running at five venues throughout December and availability at multiple venues for exclusive Christmas parties during the festive season, our events and venues do get fully booked (and earlier than you’d expect!), so thinking ahead and booking as soon as possible is always a great idea.
2. Book the Hotels and Transport You Need
Our parties have high attendance numbers and our venues are in buzzing London locations, therefore the local hotels and transport links to our parties get booked up pretty quickly. So if you want to get your perfect evening planned with smooth transport to and from the party, as well as accommodation for afterwards, you need to think about it early in the year.
We have connections with some of the hotels local to our venues and can sometimes offer discounts if you book within a certain time period. However, we have no power to reserve rooms, so if you leave it too late, you might miss out on getting the accommodation and transport you wanted.
3. Enough Time to Plan Your Ultimate Party
A great reason to think ahead if you’re planning an exclusive party with us is that the more notice you give us, the more time we have to plan your ultimate party.
As well as securing your ideal date in your first choice venue, there are also a lot of other elements to your event that take time to plan and get just right. Whether it’s the menu, the décor or the entertainment, if you want any personalised elements added to your event, these take time to organise too. So the further in advance you enquire and book, the more time we’ve got to bring your vision for this event to life!
So, don’t be disappointed this Christmas when you can’t get tickets for the shared Christmas party of your choice, or if the venue you wanted for your exclusive party is all booked up; think ahead and plan your Christmas party early this year!
